Conseils Associes is a firm of auditors , accounting and corporate finance consultancy .
Founded in 1969, our company is listed on the Order of Chartered Accountants and is a member of the National Association of Statutory Auditors.
Conseils Associes includes about twenty people in Paris in the 17th arrondissement near the Champs -Elysees.
Conseils Associes is a member since 1982 of DFK International , an association of independent audit , accounting and consulting , one of the world's top 10 international groups .

Bertrand de Monts:
Expert-Comptable (CPA) and Commissaire aux Comptes (certified auditor), graduated from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce, Bertrand has more than 25 yers of experience in the audit and advisory sector acquired in several audit firms. Bertrand has developed a specific expertise in the financial sector (LBOs, Holdings and Groups), as well as in the valuation field (assets, losses and claims).
Paul Grosjean:
Expert-Comptable (CPA) and Commissaire aux Comptes (certified auditor), graduated from the Paris Dauphine University, Paul has more than 25 years of experience acquired in auditing, consulting and training, including 15 years at PwC in Paris and 2 years in London. Paul has developed a well recognised expertise in the field of transnational audits, reporting and international accounting standards (IFRS, US and UK GAAP), international tax (VAT, tax group and tax audits) and training. Paul is a board member of DFK EMEA and DFK International where he is the representative of DFK France.
Jean-Philippe Maugard:
Expert-Comptable (CPA) and Commissaire aux Comptes (certified auditor), graduated from the university of Economics of Toulouse, Jean-Philippe has more than 25 years of experience in the audit, advisory and corporate finance sectors. Jean-Philippe is an actual specialist of the finance sector and he is in charge of asset management and private equity sector of Conseils Associes. Jean-Philippe is also a member of the UCITS commission of the CNCC (Certified auditor Commission).
